NON-DUALITY
Order of Practices - Depends on maturity of Aspirant
1) Sit in Silence - Mass Gunpowder (instantaneously ignited)
2) Mahavakyas spoken from True Master - such as "Thou are That" - Charcoal (faster than coal but needs a little time).
3) Inquiry and Surrender OR meditation with right mindset - Piece of Coal - Long time to be ignited (or wet charcoal)
Questioner: It is said that one look of a mahatma is enough, that idols, pilgrimages, etc., are not so effective. I have been here for three months, but I do not know how I have been benefited by the look of Maharshi.
Ramana: The look has a purifying effect. Purification cannot be visualised. Just as a piece of coal takes a long time to be ignited, a piece of charcoal takes a shorter time, and a mass of gunpowder is instantaneously ignited, so it is with grades of men coming into contact with mahatmas. The fire of wisdom consumes all actions. Wisdom is acquired by association with the wise [satsanga] or rather its mental atmosphere.

1) Sitting in Silence with Guru or Self
2) Words of True Masters (like below) - Includes Quantum Mechanics .. You are Universal Consciousness, You are connected to All, You are Everything, etc.
To REALLY understand Nonduality you have to BE NONDUALITY... To REALLY Understand Quantum Mechanics, you have to BE QUANTUM!!!
Richard Feymanns Quote Nobody understands Quantum Mechanics ONLY applies to viewing the universe objectively which almost all physicists do EVEN THOUGH Quantum mechanics, definitively says this is NOT TRUE!!
3) Inquiry and Right Practice

Our Pockets are Full of Treasure - There is nothing to gain or attain!
Dogen Zenji, the founder of the Soto school of Zen Buddhism said, "Those who study the Way do not understand if the Way is open or closed." This means that to study the Way with the idea of gaining something we need, as if we were poor beggars, means that we don’t know if the Way is opened or closed. But the truth is that we are not beggars and the Way is wide open. To seek for something special is to ignore what we have. Zen teaches us that our pockets are full of treasure right now and that Zen will not add anything to what we already have.
In his foundational “Zen Mind, Beginner’s Mind,” Shunryu Suzuki enumerates the basic form and concepts that yield a nutritious soil in which a seedling practice can blossom. One particularly vital principle Suzuki discusses is the concept of the gaining idea. He writes, “Usually when you practice zazen [seated Zen meditation], you become very idealistic, and you set up an ideal or goal which you strive to attain and fulfill … when you are idealistic you have some gaining idea within yourself; by the time you attain your ideal or goal, your gaining idea will create another ideal.” At first it might seem an inappropriate extrapolation to apply Zen meditation advice to everyday life, but as Shunryu writes, “The state of mind that exists when you sit in the right posture is, itself, enlightenment.” When we practice zazen, we practice maintaining this state of enlightenment so that it might spill over into and enrich our everyday living.

What did Ramana Maharshi say (which reflects Advaita Vedanta in general) about sadhana (path or spiritual practices), such as meditation.
"People seem to think that practicing some elaborate sadhana, the Self would one day descend upon them... Sadhana implies an object to be gained and the means to gaining it.
In other words, the aspirant or meditator has this idea of meditation as a means to an end, a cause that will eventually have an effect. If done long enough and done correctly I will gain or attain some mystical state called Enlightenment, and I will be happy ever after. The sad irony is Enlightenment is already present, Ultimate reality, our True is already and always Here and Now surrounding us and filling us completely. Our pockets are ALREADY full of Treasure, but we fail to empty them and see. That is we simply have to empty our minds of limiting thoughts, tendencies, beliefs, desires, etc. which turn our attention outside. We look for the treasure of enlightenment in teachers, gurus, books, endless practices, pilgrimages, rituals, prayers, etc., failing to realize that which we seek has never left us.
There is simply nothing you do, nowhere you can go, that will bring you "closer" to God, Brahman, Ultimate Reality or your True Self than you are in any moment. This is why the great nondual teachings say emphatically "there is nothing to get; you are what you are seeking!" The spiritual seeker thinks himself or herself to be some thing OTHER than the Self, OTHER than Enlightenment (realization of the Self). This is the precisely what Buddhism refers to as the "gaining idea". I or me (the subject), will in some way gain or attain Enlightenment, which is an object or event of my sadhana (spiritual quest) in time. AND if done properly will lead to the GOAL at some future time that is certainly not here and now which is the only place and time Ultimate Reality, your True Self EVER resides.

Liberation 'Pointers'
There is no Going from Duality to Non-duality, as there is only Non-duality.
You cannot become One with what is already One.
That which we seek has never been lost, so how can it be "found"?
To keep seeking is to keep missing what is Always Already present.
The Beloved is hiding in plain site. What better hiding place then everything!
"This" is not necessarily easy to find (though it should be), but it is impossible to lose!
There is no answer to life, because life is its own answer.
"This" is always the loudest this yelling "This is Home"!
There is no way to get away from what you are seeking/looking for.
The final realization is "not other" to anything that is presently arising.
Ultimate reality needs to be realized, and cannot be defined or conceptualized (defining by definition is objectifying and creating distance).
Spontaneous Realization, Resonance, Deeper Wisdom... Meditation may help, but ultimately no practice can get you to what you are already.
If everything is whole and perfect already, what is there to seek? What is there to find?
The oldest thought is completely new
No one wakes up from the dream because both the dream and the dreamer are a part of it.

**Cannot Be Attained** - Ultimate reality is not something lacking or something to be found or attained, because it is never lost.
You cannot be connected to what is not separate.
The individual is not the cause of its arising, so it has no power to end it.

The individual is not the cause of its arising, so it has no power to end it.
**The Message**
The message is about the end of seeking for no one.
Comes out of nothing
Not a teaching, not teachers
More about permission than anything else. The Permission that it's ok that this can't be known!
If you think you’ve heard this before , that is not it , that’s not what’s being shared.
It’s always the Loudest thing in the room saying This is it , this is it , obviously , obviously !
This destroys everything , the kali of messages. more about loss than gain.
NOT A TEACHING - A Teacher helps you to find something that’s missing .. you can’t find perfection that is already. Rather Scales fall from eyes
Nonduality is not a thing , you can’t reach nonduality because that’s all there is already ..
We are not trying to get rid of anything , we are not trying to change anything , the message is just a response out of nothing
Its not about letting go, because there is nothing to hold onto.
Nonduality pointing to what is already not what could become (like something missing that can be found).
The message makes no claims : it only says This is what’s happening. That’s the end of it. Takes no position , there is just what’s happening
If there was a ‘way’ that would be separation. You can point , but you can’t say what it is/
What we long for is the loudest voice in the room , everything we feel hear , think is simply the beloved crying out to us to just let go and Be in what is
Unconditional Love is constantly speaking to you ('loudest voice in the room') ==> "What you are looking for Beloved has never left you, it is just What's Happening! This and This and This and This....
Not an answer for me , it’s the death of me
Not believing in Santa , but much more profound bc the story of your whole life , everything you think you know and own
'This' is too simple to 'get'
Message: 1) There is only what is and isn’t AND 2) the Individual is not already.
Simplicity: Small circle of ideas
***
Recognition of THIS being radical wholeness, everything is in everything and there is nothing to seek. How can you seek anything when you have everything? What better hiding place than being everywhere.
So simple and obvious. Everyone has got it because it is recognized there is nothing else.
Nothing gained or attained
No practices or techniques can get you to what you are already
Recognition, spontaneous realization, resonance, Buddhahood without meditation (Dzogchen phrase)
Final Realization is 'not other' to anything that is presently arising.
No answer to Life, for Life is its own answer.
The message is about the end of seeking for no one.
